His Excellency Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita

Marwan has extensive experience in several fields, is a seasoned parliamentarian in the Federal National Council, and has a major role in sports, where he headed the United Arab Emirates Football Association. Before his current position as CEO of RERA, Marwan held a number of prestigious government positions, including the first vice president of the Federal National Council at Dubai.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in survey engineering from the University of Fresno, California and an MBA in Business Administration from the Arabic Academy of Sciences and Technology in Alexandria, Egypt.
Bin Ghalita received several awards and honour certificates, including a certificate for passing the Mohammed Bin Rashid Program for Preparing Young Leaders, and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Program for Preparing Government Leaders as well as the prestigious Outstanding Administrative Officer Award of the Dubai Government Excellence Program. He participated in several strategic committees and represented Dubai as a speaker in many regional and international conferences and forums.
