Mr. Al Suwaidi is the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Emirates Real Estate Solutions (2009 – present); and had been the former Senior IT Director of Dubai Land Department.
In his tenure at Dubai Land Department (1997-2008). Engineer Al Suwaidi has founded and built the whole IT automation and established the IT strategy duly delivering state-of-the-art IT systems/ services.
Engineer Al Suwaidi robust relationships with other government entities in UAE enabled him to deliver for Dubai land department highly integrated services meeting international standards and worldwide best practices.
Mr. Al Suwaidi is currently enriching the portfolio of IT solutions at the Dubai Land Department being the Chief Executive Officer of the technology arm solutions provider to Dubai Land Department (Emirates Real Estate Solutions); meanwhile having the exposure to sharing his expertise in the real estate industry across GCC countries and the Middle East.
