  • Dr Khalid is a leading strategy, global public policy, human capital, housing and real estate development, and innovation expert with 25 years of global and local experience in government, private sector, and international development.
  • Dr. Khalid is a recognized thought leader and keynote speaker in more than 120 international conference and forum in 30 countries including WEF-Davos, World Government Summit, Global Competitiveness Forum, Harvard Kennedy School, Riyadh Economic Forum. He also is a moderator in strategic thinking and planning, innovation and excellence in government, knowledge management, and public policy and governance transformation workshops for decision-makers in governments and businesses across the GCC region.
  • He held several senior positions including the Secretary General for the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Chairman of the Saudi Management Consulting Association, Deputy Secretary General for the G20 Saudi Secretariat where he worked under the leadership of HE Minister of State and led many key tasks including the development of economic policy and strategy, international coordination, building the Secretariat’s team, capacity building for government entities, and representing the Kingdom in international conferences and G20 Summits in Japan and Argentina. He is also a board member at the MEP’s National Center for Strategic Development and a board member for at the Riyadh Economic Forum. He started his career at the Ministry of Finance in 1990 and went to the USA to pursue his graduate studies in 1997.
